Balicore is seeking a local experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing team in Virginia Beach, Va. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for multiple projects ranging in value from under $1 million up to $30 million, from inception through to completion. Pre-Construction experience is a plus. Strong leadership, problem solving, project management, and communication skills are essential.'

Responsibilities

• Meet financial, schedule, safety, and quality benchmarks as well as client goals

• Provide leadership, develop staff and act as a liaison to owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

• Participate in planning of project budgets and RFP packages.

• Oversee job site safety and quality control.

• Coordinate and collaborate with Superintendent and site team on scheduling, sub-coordination, and material delivery

• Prepare and update master schedule.

• Establish and communicate job processes, including RFIs, RCOs, owner invoices, provide approval prior to submission.

• Conduct project meetings and OAC meetings.

• Prepare owner and miscellaneous invoices including retention management.

• Update cost reports on a timely basis and attend all financial operations meetings.

• Manage job(s) close-out in a timely and cost-effective manner, including final punch list preparation.

• Supervise and develop project team and provide training to assistant PMs, project engineers and project administrators, and including employee reviews.
