Nathan Verser serves as Safety Manager for Balicore. With over two decades of hands-on safety and emergency response experience, Nate is committed to creating secure, efficient, and proactive work environments.

He brings a unique blend of experience to the role—previously serving as a Safety Manager with Armada Hoffler and continuing his public service as a Lieutenant with the Hampton Fire Department. Nate holds a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and is a certified Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST).
