Mary is responsible for the administrative management including contract administration, assisting in project controls, project management and estimating construction activities.  She holds design build experience with federal, state and city procedures with government and commercial development vertical construction with background in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Marina construction.

Mary holds an associate in science from Tidewater Community College and is working on Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Leadership from Old Dominion University.   Mary fosters teamwork and effective communication perspective between the Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, Subcontractors, Vendors and other Balicore team members.
