Gavin is responsible for managing several projects totaling $50 to $100 million of revenue for BALICORE. Gavin has over 10 years of experience in project management of federal and commercial construction projects. Gavin has a range of experience working on several multi-billion-dollar mega projects and a variety of projects, including design-build, bid-build, federal, state, city, public transportation, industrial, power generation, data center, and private commercial projects. Gavin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, Environmental, and Infrastructure Engineering from George Mason University.
