Dave is responsible for the overall management, safety, strategic growth, and financial health of BALICORE Construction. In addition, he focuses on developing and cultivating relationships with new and existing clients, design professionals, industry leaders, subcontractors, and employees through his leadership and effective communication.  With more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate and construction industry, Dave also holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Masters in Construction Management from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
