Carrie joined the Balicore team in 2019 and brings 15+ years of experience in construction accounting and contract management. Throughout her career, Carrie has overseen accounting operations, managed accounting records and produced financial reports, managed construction contracts, provided support to project managers for construction projects, prepared bid packages, and prequalification packages, and provided support to estimators for bids on construction projects from state, local, and private sectors. Carrie is responsible for the overall management of the office and administrative support staff, as well as, providing support to all senior management. Carrie holds an AAS in Business from Bryant & Stratton College and is currently finishing her BBA in General Management. Carrie plans to start her MBA degree next year.
