Ken brings over 30 years of experience in design-build, estimating, and project managing federal and commercial construction contracts. In his career, Ken has successfully design-build, estimated, and managed over $1 billion dollars worth of construction projects from federal, state, local, and private sectors. In addition, Ken has vast experience in a variety of projects that range from education, institution, hotels, security, manufacturing, health care, office, retail, fire stations, police stations, military operations, BEQ’s, dining halls, commissaries, secret facilities, parking garages, multi-family housing, religious, recreational, and zoological facilities. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science Professional Degree in Engineering/Construction Management from East Carolina University and is a Designated Design-Build Professional certified through the Design-Build Institute of America.
