Bailey Nielson joins Balicore as our Senior Accountant. Reporting to Business Support Services, Bailey contributes her strong academic foundation and analytical skills to ensure accuracy and transparency in job cost reporting.

Bailey holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting and brings the discipline and teamwork of her collegiate soccer career to her professional life. Originally from Oklahoma, she recently relocated to Virginia Beach with her husband and their three rescue dogs. When she's not working, Bailey enjoys staying active and exploring the outdoors.
